Partnership Through Going!

Some of you might think I am crazy to say we want you to partner with us through going! But here is the reality, you could be riding through Sosua on this truck as well. God could use you to make an eternal impact in the life of a child, a mom, or a dad. Would you be willing to go if He called you to?

One of the things Nikki and I are most excited about are the short term teams that come on a regular basis to work with New Missions in the Dominican Republic. Our church has been sending teams the past several years. It changed my life and I know it changed many others!

Why do we want you to come on a short term trip? We believe if our partners see what is taking place in the Dominican Republic first hand and partake in it themselves, they they will believe in it that much more and know how to pray specifically. When we send names of people to pray for, no longer is it just a name. It is a person you have met and had a conversation with. If there is a specific area we are praying for, you no longer wonder what it is. You know because you have been there.

You may be wondering how it works? Well, if you are a part of our home church in Hendersonville, you can sign up for the yearly trip the church makes! If not, you can encourage your church to send a group down. For more information on team trips to the D.R. (or Haiti for that matter), check out the New Missions website at www.newmissions.org.
